Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Candeele. We work hard to ensure your handmade candles arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for ready-made products

  • 3–7 business days for handmade, customized, or high-demand orders

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Italy (Domestic shipping)

  • European Union (International shipping)

If you need shipping outside Europe, please contact us directly at Contact@candeele.com and we will try to assist you.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method selected

Estimated delivery times:

🇮🇹 Italy

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 4–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking link

  • Order summary

  • Courier information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • Poste Italiane

  • SDA

  • GLS

  • UPS

  • DHL

The carrier depends on your location and the type of shipping chosen.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing our handmade candles.
However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will replace or refund the item depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, contact the courier first, then inform us.
We will help initiate an investigation.


7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Candeele is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender

  • Additional shipping fees for resending the package

If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address — please contact us immediately.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Customers)

For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs fees are expected.

For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local fees

These charges vary depending on the destination country.


9. Shipping Restrictions

For safety reasons, we may not be able to ship large quantities of candles or certain fragrances to specific regions.
If this affects your order, we will contact you directly.
