Because our candles are handmade with care, and because of hygiene and safety reasons, returns are handled carefully according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or partially used items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 5β10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

We will send a replacement or offer a refund as soon as the issue is confirmed.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, incorrect item):

If the return is due to customer reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong item):
π The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

8. Late or Missing Refunds
